We are 2 working females looking to rent out our third room. Our current roommate is leaving for out west and we need someone ASAP.
We live in a house on Kingsdale Avenue right behind the Frontenac Mall, Food Basics, and LCBO off of Bath Road.
The house is $475 inclusive, that also includes internet.
We would prefer someone who is clean and will help around the house.
We have a dog and small cat living here but they do tend to go unnoticed as they are mature and well behaved.
On a regular basis we do not party much but we will host a party every now and then.

All utilities
Bus stop around the corner
We are asking for first AND last month's rent, but if that is a problem it could be negotiated. The 2 of us here currently get along great and we are hoping to find someone that will bring a positive atmosphere.
